Specialized Liquid Manufacturing Life Laboratories specializes in liquid production using automated equipment that can accommodate a variety of bottle sizes and closures with tamperevident plastic sleeves. Our products are manufactured with strict quality standards, ensuring consistency and superior quality from batch to batch. One unique feature of our manufacturing line is the recent addition of and ozonator machine. This process allows 'cold sterilization' of all bottles just prior to filling and capping them. Additionally, the final rinse stage on equipment cleaning is done with this cold sterilization process using ozone water. Technology and Experience We manufacture products in stainless steel tanks with capacity up to 2,000 gallons. Our blending techniques using high shear homogenization ensures your product will have excellent suspension and texture. We are able to adapt to big and small jobs with two fully automated fill lines and auxiliary fillers for short runs and custom products. Our fill lines can accommodate bottle sizes from 1 oz to 32 oz, with additional sizes available in gallon size as well as bulk drums.
